Summary

The Psychology Student Hardship Bursary is offered to students who are enrolled in a masters degree in Psychology and are experiencing financial need.


Benefits

The bursary provides a living allowance of $2500 per year for two years, paid in half-yearly instalments of $1,250 in April and September.

Eligibility and selection criteria
Eligibility

To be considered, you must be enrolled in either the Master of Psychology (Clinical Psychology), Master of Psychology (Clinical Neuropsychology), Master of Applied Psychology or Master of Professional Psychology (or their successors).


Selection criteria

The bursary is offered to the student(s) ranked highest based on their financial assessment score.


Conditions

This bursary cannot be deferred.  Students must be enrolled and pass all subjects in their course. If a student enrols part-time, they will continue to receive the benefits of their bursary, however the duration of living or accommodation allowances will not be extended.
