Undergraduate Research Assistant (SPRING)

Recruiting motivated undergraduate students, to begin in Spring 2026, who are interested in assisting with research in food security on the OU-Norman campus. Students with experience reading peer-reviewed journal articles and conducting literature reviews preferred.

• Work will be 10 hours per week.

• This position has the opportunity to be extended through Summer 2026.

• Anticipated start date of 3/21/26.

Required Education: Must be currently enrolled in the Spring semester as an undergraduate student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
