| Position Summary | The UNM Information Technologies Campus Outreach & Engagement team is seeking a student employee to perform hardware support and repairs for user departments. Resolves hardware, software, and communication problems/conflicts/defects. Will interact with customers, recommend, and purchase inventory, and control supplies and/or parts. Assists with Lobo BrainBar customer support. May assist with device decommissioning at our Surplus offices. Duties and
