Position Summary Information


Job Description Summary
  • The student will assist the Donna Ford Attallah College of Educational Studies (ACES) Office of Accreditation and Assessment effort to collect, clean and organize program data. Under the supervision of the Director and Assessment Coordinator, the student assistant will assist with compiling annual data packages.
  • The student will also conduct a social media study aimed at collecting alumni employment data via various social media platforms.

Required Qualifications
  • Little to minimal prior experience.
  • Organized and detail orientated.
  • Ability to retrieve accurate information, learn support processes and systems, and problem solve.
  • Able to take initiative and work under minimal supervision.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Dress professionally.
  • Familiarity with internet web browsers and search engines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workflow applications, including documents, spreadsheets, presentation slides, and shared drives/folders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication and organizational skills, and effective time management.
  • Experience using software including Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Canvas, Concur or Travel and Expense Reimbursements, Dropbox, Poll Everywhere, Qualtrics, Zoom
Special Instructions to Applicants
This position will be 12 hours per week. Federal work study is required for the fall & spring semesters. Federal work study is not required for summer workers. If this position continues into the fall semester, the student must have accepted their federal work study award.
