| Minimum Qualifications | Minimum qualifications include a Masters in English or related humanities field at the time employment begins, broad literary training, a record of successful teaching of college-level composition, sophomore literature, and/or business and technical writing, and interest in teaching both writing and literature. The candidates selected for the positions must be able to meet eligibility requirements to work in the United States at the time appointment is scheduled to begin and continue working legally for the proposed term of employment; excellent communication skills required. |
| Desired Qualifications | PhD desired. We are especially interested in candidates with experience and training in teaching freshman-level composition. Experience teaching on-line classes in the English Core curriculum is also desirable. |
