| Position Summary | This recruitment will be used to fill one (1) part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Baro Sports Editor (Summer 2026) for the Orange Media Network at Oregon State University (OSU). The Sports Editor is responsible for student-produced sports content for the print newspaper, website and social media channels of The Daily Barometer and OMN Sports. The sports chief assigns, coordinates and manages sports coverage, including written stories, highlights and other multimedia content. Students in this role will develop these essential skills for future employment: communication, critical thinking, professionalism. The Sports Chief employment dates are as follows:
