| Advertised Job Summary | CARE Case Manager 3
Position Summary The CARE Case Manager 3 supports the Student Care and Outreach Team (“Care Team”) in managing cases involving students of concern, with an emphasis on promoting student well-being and success. This role includes initiating cases, coordinating follow-up actions, documenting team decisions, and monitoring student progress through established action plans. The position is responsible for managing daily Care Team access points and providing status updates on active cases. Will also serve as a liaison to faculty, staff, parents, and other stakeholders seeking consultation or assistance from the Care Team. Additionally, this role may support Temporary Conditions and Withdrawal Services by coordinating accommodations and assisting students in navigating short-term or hardship-related academic adjustments. The position contributes to campus-wide awareness of Care Team services through training, presentations, publications, and data reporting. Key Responsibilities
