The AV Engineer I reports to the Manager of Audiovisual Design and Engineering and supports the operational reliability and lifecycle management of an enterprise audiovisual ecosystem spanning more than 650 instructional, meeting, and collaboration spaces. Distinct from traditional event production or broadcast roles, this position focuses on sustaining standardized, network-integrated AV systems across a campus setting. Our team provides enterprise-grade audiovisual solutions by working collaboratively with both internal IT and university partners to drive digital transformation. In this role, you will serve as an individual contributor working under limited supervision, applying hands-on technical expertise to maintain consistent performance and service quality across a large-scale, campus-wide AV environment. Your job duties will include:

| Minimum Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 2 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
