| Advertised Job Summary | The Assessment Technology Coordinator plays a key role in advancing the university’s assessment, accreditation, and continuous improvement efforts by championing the effective use of RCampus and related data technologies. As a front-line partner to faculty and staff, this role provides hands-on support, dynamic training, and guidance on using assessment tools and interactive dashboards to track student learning outcomes, program performance, operational effectiveness, and accreditation evidence. The coordinator actively collaborates with academic departments, Institutional Research, and Information Technology to enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and promote a culture of data-informed decision-making through accessible, accurate, and impactful use of assessment data. |

Job Duties
| Job Duty | Faculty and Staff Support & Training - Serve as the primary first line contact for faculty and staff RCampus questions, including setting up assessments within existing templates, linking assignments, attaching artifacts, and documenting results and actions. Provide on-on-one assistance, drop-in support and scheduled training sessions to help users complete assessment tasks in RCampus. Create and update user-focused documentation (quick guides, FAQs, short videos) tailored to common RCampus workflows. |
