We are seeking a highly motivated researcher to join the Physics and Engineering of Nanodevices (PEN) Group at the Catalan Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICN2) in Barcelona, Spain, as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Experimental Spintronics. The position is funded by the collaborative project “An Altermagnet Switch (AMSwitch – 101258102)” under the call HORIZON-EIC-2025-PATHFINDEROPEN (EIC Pathfinder 2025). AMSwitch aims to pioneer a new class of logic switches based on altermagnetic materials, an emergent magnetic state characterized by zero net magnetization, yet capable of showing an anomalous Hall effect.
