Offer Description
Main Responsibilities
- Academically coordinate the Master’s Theses (TFMs), ensuring alignment with program competencies and the field of Digital Education.
- Design, update, and supervise the TDM guide, including evaluation criteria, rubrics, and submission and defense procedures.
- Plan and manage the entire TFM process, including schedule management, tutor assignments, progress monitoring, and organization of defenses.
- Directly supervise Master’s Theses, especially those related to educational technologies, digital innovation, or educational research.
- Coordinate and advise TFM tutors, promoting common criteria for supervision, assessment, and academic quality.
- Promote improvement and innovation of the TFM model, incorporating trends such as educational AI, learning analytics, digital assessment, and hybrid learning.

- Proven experience in supervising Master’s Theses.
