COMPETITION ANNOUNCEMENT

The National Institute for Research and Development of Isotopic and Molecular Technologies (INCDTIM), Cluj-Napoca, is organizing a selection competition for filling one position of Chemical Engineer (COR 214513), full-time (8 hours/day), fixed-term contract, from 01.04.2026 to 31.10.2028, within the research project entitled “Increasing the resilience of the food chain to the complex challenges of the modern world”, SMIS code 329011.

Description of the vacant (temporary) position:The selected candidate will provide support in the design and optimization of chemical and biochemical processes, monitor and control technological parameters, adapt laboratory results for practical applications, and ensure product safety and compliance. The candidate will collaborate in an interdisciplinary manner within the project and will perform analytical determinations using mass spectrometry (ICP-MS, IRMS).

Specific requirements for the Chemical Engineer position:

  • Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering – entry-level position.

Competition procedure In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation regarding the organization and conduct of competitions for filling vacant or temporarily vacant positions for research, development, and innovation personnel within the National Institute for Research and Development of Isotopic and Molecular Technologies.
