I. Eligibility Criteria

The competition is open to candidates who meet the requirements specified in the Act of 20 July 2018, Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668), the Statute of Poznan University of Technology – Resolution No. 175/2016–2020 of the Academic Senate of Poznan University of Technology of 10 July 2019, as amended, and the staff policy principles – appendix to the Rector’s Ordinance No. 66 of 20 November 2020, and who additionally meet the following teaching, research and professional qualifications:

Completed Master’s degree studies in Architecture; professional title: MSc Eng. Arch.

Good academic record (grade average, activity in student research groups, other activities, publications, participation in scientific conferences).

Predisposition to work as an academic teacher confirmed by a written opinion from a professor or habilitated doctor – previous supervisor/academic mentor.

Teaching experience at a higher education institution (at least two semesters).

Design portfolio in architectural design.

Professional license to design in the architectural specialization.

Ability to implement modern forms of education.

Organizational activity.

Fluent command of Polish and English enabling teaching in English.

Knowledge of practical methods of using AI in architectural design.

Salary and remuneration conditions will be presented before the interview.

The competition will be resolved by 31 March 2026.

If none of the candidates receives a positive evaluation from the selection committee or if no candidates apply, the Dean will close the competition. The Dean may also invalidate or close the competition without giving a reason.
