* Background of the recruitment and description of the project
The successful candidate will engage in research on materials development and novel magnetic recording principles for next-generation magnetic storage.
Building on conventional materials research methodologies, the candidate is expected to actively incorporate data-driven research and development approaches centered on process informatics, and to promote pioneering materials development technologies utilizing AI agents.
In addition, the candidate will conduct proof-of-concept studies on high-capacity, ultrafast storage devices envisioned for next-generation information and communication systems, while advancing the development of essential materials required to realize these novel magnetic recording concepts.
* Research Environment Support up to 10 million yen depending on the research plan at the time of arrival is available.
