Mita enrolls 1,300 students in a three-year junior high school and three-year high school on a single campus in Setagaya, Tokyo. The school is coeducational. Approximately one-third of the student body has native-level English ability, and one-third of the faculty are international teachers. In the International Program, the core academic classes are taught exclusively in English. The school seeks dedicated educators for this program.

Mita International School of Science (JHS & SHS) seeks teachers with native-level English for a full-time subject teacher in science, math, social studies, or English to returnee and other native-level English ability students. Teachers may serve as homeroom teachers and generally function as full members of the faculty.
