specific functions: The successful candidate will be employed at the Department of Business and Economic Law.
The selected professor will carry out research and teaching activities (both in-person and online) aligned with his/her academic disciplinary field and consistent with the main research priorities of the University, its Research Centers and Schools, related to Criminal Law.
He/she should be able to teach and publish in English (in addition to Italian) on Criminal Law topics, while actively promoting research projects at both national and international levels.
In addition to a solid background in the general principles of criminal law, the specific functions will focus on the following topics within the scope of Corporate and Business Criminal Law:

Corporate criminal liability;

Crimes against public administration;

Criminal law, sustainability, and transnational crime;

New technologies, AI, and criminal liability;
