Offer Description

The candidate will be responsible for the development and application of advanced machine learning techniques, including deep learning approaches, aimed at identifying complex patterns of host immune responses to vaccination. The research activities will also include the integrative analysis of immunological, clinical, and omics data derived from clinical studies, with the goal of generating predictive models of vaccine-induced immune responses.
The project requires expertise in the use of bioinformatics tools for the processing and interpretation of gene expression profiles, using RNA-seq technologies and software for differential expression analysis, as well as knowledge in the field of systems vaccinology. The candidate will also be involved in the development of mathematical and statistical models to optimize vaccination strategies.
