Offer Description

This project focuses on the design, integration, and characterization of all-inorganic, lead-free perovskites combined with III–V-(N) semiconductor materials for the development of a new generation of eco-friendly hybrid photodetectors (III-nitride-perovskite-based photodetectors). The research aims to investigate the structural optical, and electronic properties of lead-free perovskites and their heterointerfaces with III–V-(N) compounds, emphasizing charge transport, band alignment, and defect engineering.
