Duties

The appointees will assist the project leader in the research project - “Investigating social psychological processes in the context of management”.  He/She will be required to work at the intersection of social psychology and management, using knowledge of social psychological processes to explain phenomenon of relevance to management.

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

(a)    a doctoral degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Psychology, Organisational Behaviour) or an equivalent qualification and must have no more than five years of post-qualification experience at the time of application; and

(b)    experience in conducting experimental social psychological research.
