Offer Description

Work environment :The EuroMov building on the UFR STAPS campus houses specific technical platforms (motion capture, motion simulator, functional exploration, and bioelectromagnetism) associated with a EuroMov Digital Health in Motion Research Unit (Montpellier University, IMT Mines Ales) combining movement sciences, health sciences, and data science.

Main mission :Research organization: participation in the development and conduct one study on the central neurophysiological response thresholds (working memory, EEG) to  a magnetic field exposure reaching 100 mT at 50/60Hz.

Activities :Conduct studies using the electromagnetic device implemented on the platform and its effects on the central nervous system and cognitive functioning. Analyses will be performed using advanced signal processing techniques (brain oscillations in the conventional EEG frequency bands, but also source reconstruction, functional connectivity, aperiodic activity, etc.).
