Offer Description
The person recruited will be in charge of a project . It will have to keep project management up to date directly with the project’s scientific committee.
the scientific tasks will be:
- Carrying out cell biology experiments (culture of many cancer cell lines), proliferation test and IC50 in response to various drugs, viral particle production, viral transductions;
- carrying out molecular biology experiments (transient transfection, PCR, reverse transcription, qPCR, western blot, immunofluorescence)
- Conducting biochemistry experiments: metabolic tests, cell fractionation
- Animal handling: handling and management of colonies, topical applications and injections (subcutaneous and IP), post-mortem analysis, dissection, IHC
