Job Description:
The Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at the American University in Cairo invites applications for Adjunct Faculty positions for the upcoming academic year (Fall 2025-2026).
We are seeking experienced and dynamic professionals to teach the following courses:
- Online Communication
- Mass Media Ethics
- Introduction to Mass Media
- Multimedia Writing
- Public Relations Theory and Techniques
Requirements:
- Practical experience in the media industry is highly desirable.
- A strong record of scholarly publications and/or professional accomplishments.
- A PhD in a relevant field is preferred, although exceptional candidates with a Master's degree and significant professional experience will also be considered.
- Prior university-level teaching experience.
- Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, CV, and any relevant supporting documents.
