In addition to the general conditions stipulated in the Labour Act (Official Gazette No. 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22, and 64/23), candidates for these positions must meet the conditions stipulated in the Scientific Activity and Higher Education Act (Official Gazette No. 119/22), the Statute of the University of Slavonski Brod, and the Ordinance on the Election/Re-election to Titles and Corresponding Employment Positions of the University of Slavonski Brod. The Statute, the Decision and the Ordinance are available on the website of the University of Slavonski Brod (www.unisb.hr ).

Candidates for the position under Ad. 1 must apply to the Open Call while mandatorily providing the documents pursuant to Form 5: Application to the Open Call for the expert work position - Prijava na natječaj za stručno radno mjesto. The form is available on the website of the University of Slavonski Brod (www.unisb.hr ). Individuals of either gender may apply under the same conditions.

Candidates of foreign nationality are required to provide proof of Croatian language proficiency at C2 level pursuant to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and must enclose a certified translation of their foreign higher education qualification.

The Open Call candidates who, on the basis of special regulations – the Act on Croatian Homeland War Veterans and Members of Their Families (Official Gazette No. 121/17, 98/19, 84/21, and 156/23), Article 48 of the Act on Civilian Victims of the Homeland War (Official Gazette No. 84/21), Article 48.f of the Act on the Protection of Military and Civilian War Invalids (Official Gazette No. 33/92, 57/92, 77/92, 27/93, 58/93, 2/94, 76/94, 108/95, 108/96, 82/01, 103/03, 148/13, and 98/19), Article 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Official Gazette No. 157/13, 152/14, 39/18, and 32/20) – exercise the right to benefit, are required to indicate this right in their application and to enclose all evidence prescribed by the relevant regulations for exercising this right. These candidates have priority over the other candidates only under the same conditions.

Candidates who claim the right of employment priority pursuant to Article 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Official Gazette No. 157/13, 152/14, 39/18, and 32/20) must indicate this right in their application and submit all evidence of meeting the required conditions, as well as proof of disability.

By virtue of the Open Call application, the candidates express their full consent that the University of Slavonski Brod, may collect, utilize, and further process the data for the purpose of implementing the Open Call procedure, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act. The candidates must obligatorily enclose the signed Consent form (with the No. of the Open Call and detailed Ad.), which is available at www.unisb.hr . If the aforementioned Consent is not part of the application, their application will be considered incomplete. All candidates will be informed (also via e-mail) of the results of the Open Call within 15 days of its completion.
