The applicants need to submit (in the Croatian language):

1.  Application

2.  Degree certificates (persons who have completed their education abroad, as part of the documentation in the selection process for a teaching position or academic appointment, applicants have to submit the opinion of the Agency for science and higher education on the foreign higher education qualification), 

3. Curriculum vitae (personal data, education information, employment information, appointment information)

4. List of scientific and professional papers, textbooks and other activities with a clear indication of which were completed before and after the previous academic appointment.

5.  Proof of academic appointment

6. Persons who have changed their name and/or surname shall submit a decision of the   competent authority or a copy of the marriage certificate.

7. All evidence of meeting the election conditions.

8.  Confirmation of professional work experience (e-workbook from the e-Citizen platform)

9. Proof of fulfilment of the conditions of Art. 103 of the Act on Croatian Homeland War   Veterans and Members of Their Families (Official Gazette 121/17, 98/19, 84/21, 156/23)

10.  Confirmation of the knowledge of Croatian language (for foreign citizens)

11.  Certificate confirming that no criminal proceedings are being conducted, not older than 30 days, issued via the e-Citizens system

The applicants  have to meet the requirements prescribed by the Act on Higher Education and Scientific Activity (Official Gazette No. 119/2022), the National Criteria for Appointment to a Teaching Position at a Polytechnic (Official Gazette No. 36/2023), the Decision on Amendments and Supplements to the National Criteria for Appointment to a Teaching Position at a Polytechnic (Official Gazette Nos. 108/2024 and 40/2025), the Decision on the Categorisation of Scientific and Artistic Works and Projects (Council of Polytechnics and Colleges of the Republic of Croatia, 8th session, 27 October 2023), the Decision Supplementing the Decision on the Categorisation of Scientific and Artistic Works and Projects (Council of Polytechnics and Colleges of the Republic of Croatia, 6th session, 5 September 2024), and the Statute of the University of Applied Health Sciences.

The closing date for applications is 30 days from the date of announcement in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia. People of both sexes can apply. Candidates who claim the right to priority in employment under Article 102, paragraphs 1-3 of the Act on Croatian Homeland War Veterans and Members of their Families (Official Gazette No. 121/2017, 98/19, 84/21, 156/23), Article 48 of the Law on the Protection of Military and Civilian Invalids of War (Official Gazette No. 33/92, 57/92 77/92, 27/93, 58/93, 2/94, 76/94, 108/95, 108/96, 82/01 , 103/03, 148/13, 98/19) and Article 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Official Gazette No. 157/13, 152/14, 39/18, 32/20) are obliged to invite upon the right and attach all required documentation according to a special law with the application, and they have an advantage over other candidates only under equal conditions.

Under the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation no. 2016/679 and the Act on the Implementation of the General Regulation on Data Protection (Official Gazette No. 42/18), all documents submitted are sent by the candidate's free will, and it is considered that the candidate has given consent to the processing of all data, which will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the Call procedure.
