Duties & Qualifications
(a) Creating and marking course deliverables and providing detailed feedback to students on a timely basis
(b) Individual debrief with students
(c) Assisting in developing relevant rubrics
(d) Maintaining and tracking grades
(e) Assistance in organizing group/panel presentations
Minimum Qualifications
CPA (qualified) with significant professional marking experience, preferably with PEP Capstone One exposure; excellent business and strategy skills/knowledge (multiple TAs may be hired for this course)
Preferred Qualifications
Preference given to applicants with previous TA experience in this or equivalent course(s).

Preference in hiring is given to qualified individuals advanced to the rank of Sessional Lecturer II or Sessional Lecturer III in accordance with Article 14:12 of the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 collective agreement.
