YOUR TASKS
- We are seeking a highly motivated and talented postdoctoral researcher with strong expertise in multiplex imaging technologies and immunology. The successful candidate will contribute to innovative research projects aimed at unraveling cellular interactions and immune mechanisms in liver disease.
- The following responsibities (not limited) are expected:
- Develop, optimize, and apply multiplex imaging techniques (e.g., multiplex immunofluorescence, spatial transcriptomics).
- Design and execute experimental studies in immunology and hepatology.
- Analyze and interpret high-dimensional imaging data.
- Actively prepare and submit postdoctoral fellowship applications.
- Contribute to scientific publications and grant proposals.
- Supervise PhD and/or Master’s students.
- Actively participate in national and international collaborations and congresses.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You hold a PhD in immunology, biomedical sciences, molecular biology, or a related field.
- You have a strong and competitive academic profile that enables you to successfully apply for national and/or international postdoctoral research fellowships.
- Demonstrated experience with multiplex imaging technologies.
- Strong background in immunology (innate and/or adaptive immunity).
- Experience with tissue analysis and image processing.
- Experience with preclinical animal models.
- Experience with single-cell or spatial omics approaches is an asset.
- Experience in liver disease research is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
- Critical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
