Job Duties:

• Participation in Experiments in the area of magnetometry and magnetization dynamics of ferromagnetic materials such as functional oxides and metall/oxide heterostructures
• Teaching courses
• Involvement in supervision of Bachelor- and Master students

Your Qualifications:

• The successful candidate must hold a Master's (or Diploma) degree in experimental physics
• Applicants with experience in the field of experimental solid state physics, in particular the magnetism of oxide layers, will be given preference.
• Knowledge in the field of sample synthesis using reactive magnetron sputtering, structural and magnetic characterization of thin ferromagnetic layers, in particular magnetometry, ferromagnetic resonance, and X-ray diffraction, is an advantage
• Very good German and English language skills (level C1)
