Job Duties:
- Participation in Experiments in the area of magnetometry and magnetization dynamics of ferromagnetic materials such as functional oxides and metall/oxide heterostructures
- Teaching courses
- Involvement in supervision of Bachelor- and Master students
Your Qualifications:
- The successful candidate must hold a Master's (or Diploma) degree in experimental physics
- Applicants with experience in the field of experimental solid state physics, in particular the magnetism of oxide layers, will be given preference.
- Knowledge in the field of sample synthesis using reactive magnetron sputtering, structural and magnetic characterization of thin ferromagnetic layers, in particular magnetometry, ferromagnetic resonance, and X-ray diffraction, is an advantage
- Very good German and English language skills (level C1)

- On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 3,776.10 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: B1)
